Am 11. Januar 2022 hat Wirtschafts- und Klimaschutzminister Habeck mit der Eröffnungsbilanz Klimaschutz den Startschuss für das im Koalitionsvertrag vereinbarte Klimaschutz-Sofortprogramm gegeben und einige Maßnahmen vorgestellt. Ihre Umsetzung soll in einem „Oster“- und einem Sommerpaket erfolgen.
